"Treat yourself to a massage, not comfort food."
Trainer: Dylan Rivier
"Many people find that they put on weight during winter and this often can simply be equated to the nature of foods consumed when it is cold as well as the significant reduction in activity levels. Comfort foods may taste good but many are packed with the types of fats that are very difficult to burn off. My tip for avoiding eating for comfort is to try treating yourself to a massage instead, or take a nice hot bath. These are alternative ways to find comfort during Winter that won’t negatively impact on your weight."
