"I find the best form of exercise is utilising your big muscle (compound) exercises. They are beneficial for weight loss and good for women’s health too. By using your big muscle groups, you use more energy, promote more testosterone (less than men, but women have testosterone too) and if you are short on time, you get a seriously sweaty workout that is practical and functional for your everyday life. The best thing is, the more testosterone you produce, the more serotonin we create and the happier we are."
