Jamie Explains How She Started Binge Eating
Before finding a healthy balance with food and fitness, Jamie felt lost. At age 29, she was in her third (and hardest) year of teaching seventh grade, and stressed to the max.
"I would come home from work and have five to six craft beers (they are my favorite) and binge on food (sometimes eating a whole pizza and bag of chips by myself) to relieve stress," Jamie said. "I did not have the motivation to stop because that's what kept me going through my week."
