What Katie Eats in a Day
Here's an example of what Katie eats in a day:
Breakfast: Protein smoothie
Lunch: Salad with protein or lunch meat packs (she calls them adult Lunchables)
Dinner: Protein (chicken, fish, or sometime steak) and vegetables.
"I also love anything that I can use lettuce as the vessel," Katie said. "Taco lettuce wraps or lettuce cup anything."
