With this in mind — and given that a large portion of the country is in lockdown as we grapple with the Delta variant — trainer Tiffiny Hall is offering three months of free access to her wellbeing program, The online health and fitness program includes home workout videos coached by Hall, as well as family-friendly meal plans and mindfulness exercises.

You can try your hand at HIIT, Pilates, yoga, martial arts and boxing workouts, which are all 20-minutes long and are great for all fitness levels.
