We Want Everything From This Hamptons-Inspired Aerin x Williams Sonoma Collab
I've never met a homeware I didn't love. I froth at the sight of a beautifully crafted salad server. Unique glassware? Gimme. Jugs? I have a collection. So news of the Aerin Lauder and Williams Sonoma collection has just about made my month, and it's only early April. Aerin, granddaughter of Estée (heard of her?), is known for her immaculately-styled homes across the US, but it's perhaps her East Hampton abode that is the most well-documented in interiors bibles around the world.
While we may not have the home in the Hamptons, we can at least now replicate the look with pieces from the collection, available online and in-store from today. You'll notice a lot of blues, and for good reason: Aerin told Architectural Digest last year that blue reminds her of her famous grandmother. "When I used to come visit my grandparents," she said, "they would always meet us at the airport, we would drive back in their white car, and the first thing Estée would do was give me fresh orange juice in a blue-speckled glass." Can you imagine? We can.
