We thought we had seen drama and controversy on The Block before, but nothing compares to what went down at the master bedroom room reveal. Jason and Sarah were expecting harsh critiques from the judges for their unfinished (well, unstarted) room, but they weren't expecting to be all but kicked off the show.

Scott Cam announced that the couple were throwing their opportunity, and essentially disobeying the rules of the show by not delivering a room. He also said he found it insulting that they didn't even try. It seemed like they would be sent packing, but Scott gave them one last chance — by the end of next week they'll need to have completed their master bedroom and the new room for that week, or they will have to leave the show.

It was an epic week for all the teams as this was the biggest room ever set as a one-week challenge. Each team had their own challenges and it was interesting to see how differently they all tackled it. Wombat went into overdrive, Clint's optimism shone bright, and everyone made sacrifices to turn out a stunning space. Except Jason and Sarah. Elyse and Josh ended up taking home the win, beating Ronnie and Georgia by half a point (and they seemed pretty miffed about it).

Scroll to see the rooms, including Jason and Sarah's, which is essentially still a work site.
