Prepare to Drool: Your Home Is About to Get Gucci
Gucci is adding another feather to it's uber-chic cap by breezing into the home decor space with a collection that's going to get you in serious debt. Announcing the move via some chic illustrations on Instagram, the brand will drop a lineup of "furniture and decorative pieces" designed by Alessandro Michele (Gucci's creative director), "To personalise home spaces, featuring the House's design motifs, patterns and codes."
The collection of screens, candles, plates, trays, cushions and chairs are said to "epitomise Michele's imaginative notion that if you make pieces easily moveable, you can constantly dress and re-dress your environment," Gucci said in their press release. Now, what's it going to cost? Well, as they sell their tees for $590, you know it's not going to be cheap. In fact you might have to sell an organ to buy one of their octopus print screens ($39,000), but you might be able to nab a incense tray for $250.
Scroll to get a sneak peek at the collection before it hits selected stores and gucci.com in September.
