However Over-the-Top You're Imagining Gwen Stefani's House to Be, It's Even More Bananas
In the wake of their 2015 divorce, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were said to have quietly been shopping around their sprawling Beverly Hills estate. Apparently, the private-listing route didn't work, as more than a year later, they've just put the home on the open market for a whopping $47 million. Considering the former couple bought the modern, 9,000-square-foot house for a bargain price of $17.9 million at the bottom of the real estate market in 2007, they're set to make a huge profit if they sell for asking. The dramatic mansion boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, a movie theatre, and what appears to be a guest house. The oversize interiors are decorated to modern-meets-Hollywood-regency perfection by celebrity interior designer Kelly Wearstler, with every surface covered in bold geometric patterns. The backyard looks straight out of a five-star resort, complete with beautifully designed pool, tennis court, and plenty of lawn for kids to play. There are several gracious outdoor entertaining spaces, including an exterior kitchen, an open-air living room, and more. Obsess over every detail of the magnificent home in the images ahead.
