During the pandemic, we let ourselves spend even more time in the TikTok rabbit hole as a means to escape into a world of silly dances, controversial recipes, and general distraction. But what is it about TikTok that makes it seem even more addicting than other social media distractions (besides that magical algorithm)? And is our attention span going to be broken forever?
