Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Medal Tally

The Final Commonwealth Games Medal Tally Makes Us Proud to Be Australian

Nothing makes us prouder to be Australian than hosting an international sporting event. This year the Gold Coast played host to the Commonwealth Games and just quietly, in our humble opinion, it was the best one yet — not just because Women's Rugby Sevens, Beach Volleyball and Para Triathlon made their Commonwealth Games debut.

This year approx. 474 Aussies competed in 18 events over 10 days of competition, which meant there were plenty of chances to win gold, and boy, did we clean up! To all the athletes who scored themselves a medal — and those who missed out — thank you!
