The floods currently sweeping across Queensland and northern NSW are some of the worst Australia has seen in decades, with at least six people dead and three still unaccounted for. The floods are the lasting impact of Cyclone Debbie, which hit the east coast of the country on March 28. As the water starts to recede in some places (Lismore) and build in others (Rockhampton), incredible footage of nature's power is emerging. In one video, an entire house is seen floating down the flood stream north of the Gold Coast — remarkably, the footage reveals that a family had just been rescued for the roof before it was washed away.
