Where to Celebrate International Women's Day in Australia

#PressforProgress: How to Celebrate International Women's Day in Australia

International Women's Day is celebrated globally on March 8 every year, but following the recent women's equality-fuelled movements like #MeToo and #TimesUp, there's never been a stronger call-to-action to press forward and progress gender parity than now.

This year's theme, #PressforProgress, aims to motivate and unite friends, colleagues and whole communities to think, act and be gender inclusive — and it's time for us all to play a part.

If you want to join in the celebrations this year, we've rounded up some of the best events and talks happening across the country.
