People across the Northeast region of the US are in the midst of a severe snowstorm, with #Snowmageddon2015 and #BlizzardOf2015 trending across social media. Winter Storm Juno is expected to affect the region Monday through Wednesday, and the blizzard conditions may result in more than two feet of snow. At least 28 million people are in areas with storm warnings, and as of Tuesday morning, several states received more than a foot of snow. Meanwhile, NYC's Central Park saw nearly eight inches of snowfall while more than 28 inches fell in eastern Long Island. On Monday, a state of emergency was declared by the governors of New York and New Jersey. "This will most likely be one of the largest blizzards in New York City history," said NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio. "It is not business as usual." Stay safe, and stay tuned for more updates.
