In case you missed it: Legoland Florida officially reopened on June 1 amid the COVID-19 outbreak. With plenty of families itching to leave their homes in search of a little fun, the park’s management implemented several safety measures – including keeping the park at a reduced capacity and enforcing social distancing – while guests enjoyed themselves.

Legoland Florida’s general manager, Rex Jackson, told Blooloop that he’s confident with the new guidelines the park has put in place. “As part of Merlin Entertainments, our leaders across the globe have been sharing best practices daily, and we’ve been able to apply what we’ve learned from other successful Merlin attraction reopenings to be confident with our resort’s reopening plan,” he said.
