It's the duty-free chocolate of choice — the one you got gifted in lieu of a real present from Dad's overseas trip. *eyeroll* But Toblerone chocolate holds a spot in the heart of many an Aussie, possibly because of its association with holidays and Christmas — why do we always eat them at Christmas? It's like eggnog — so it's no surprise that people are shaken by changes to the chocolate.
It's been discovered that the company that makes Toblerone Swiss chocolate have (quietly) widened the spacing in the iconic triangle-array bars, reducing the chocolate by about 10 percent. Though it still retails at the same price. *sigh*
