“Emily in Paris”‘s Ashley Park Declares Florence Pugh her “Other Half” in Sweet Friendship Post

Florence Pugh celebrated her 27th birthday on Jan. 3 and proved her popularity as friends posted their well wishes on Instagram. There’s one particular friendship, though, that caught our eye. “Emily in Paris“‘s Ashley Park posted a collage of cute snaps of her hanging out with Pugh, as well as a compilation of videos showcasing the pair’s tight bond.

Park took to Instagram stories and added selfies, including the pair sharing pasta, wearing facemasks, and attending the Valentino show together at Paris Fashion Week in October. She added, “definition of finding your other half: @florencepugh happy birthday from my tip toes to yours. From rome to paris to heart to mind to many more adventures. cheers to you always…” Another Instagram story included videos of the friends laughing, hugging, and joking around together as Park declared Pugh’s birthday “an international holiday in my books.”

Pugh reposted the stories and added, “2022 brought this fantastic lady into my life. I’ll be counting all my lucky stars for that present last year.” Despite only meeting a few months ago, it’s clear the two actors have hit it off and packed lots of memories into their friendship so far. Perhaps we could expect an “Emily in Paris” season 4 cameo for Pugh? We’re manifesting it as we type!

Park wasn’t the only one of our top celebs to post Pugh appreciation posts. “Bridgerton” stars Simone Ashley and Nicola Coughlan proved they are also real-life friends with the “Don’t Worry Darling” actor.

Ashley, who plays Kate Sharma in the Netflix show, posted a cheesy snap of Pugh smiling at a big ol’ slab of cheese to wish the star a happy birthday. The pair share stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray, who is responsible for both stars’ incredible array of outfits throughout 2022, so it’s only fitting that they have also shared cheeseboards. Ashley even attended Pugh’s birthday party at The Standard in London, according to Pugh’s Instagram.

Soon after, Coughlan, who plays Penelope Featherington and is set to take the lead in “Bridgerton” season 3, posted a throwback photo of her with Pugh at the British Vogue and Tiffany & Co. party last year. She accompanied the photo with, “Happy birthday @florencepugh you dote” and a pink heart. The pair have been known to comment on each other’s posts throughout 2022, so could this budding friendship be one to watch this year?

Fellow British actor Millie Bobby Brown also took to Instagram to wish Pugh a lovely day. The “Stranger Things” star reposted a video of Pugh at the Venice Film Festival with the caption, “happy birthday to this queenie. Love u w my whole heart.” Is there a young, cool, British actors club that we need to be a part of?

Fans were also quick to notice that Pugh’s ex, Zach Braff, posted a sweet photo of the star sitting above the Hollywood sign in Los Angeles, calling her a “legend” with a white heart. The pair recently worked together on the film, “A Good Person,” so it’s great to see there is no animosity between the two.
