Love bloomed on the latest season of “Farmer Wants a Wife,” and while all the farmers found their special someone, there’s one couple that has taken their relationship to the next level. Farmer Brad and Clare, who captured hearts with their genuine connection, have just shared the thrilling news that they’re expecting their first child together!

“We’re so excited to meet our newest little farm hand! Baby Jones due December,” Clare wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of them posing alongside a tiny pair of shoes.

And while it has been just a few months since the show ended, Brad and Clare were equally surprised and excited when they found out about their bundle of joy.

“We didn’t think it would happen as quick as it did,” Brad told New Idea.

“Farmer Wants a Wife” is one of the most successful dating shows in the country. Over the years, the show has produced nine weddings, five long-term relationships, and 25 babies in Australia alone, with many more Farmer couples and babies born all over the world. Now, Farmer Brad and Clare are adding one more to the mix!

When Is the Baby Due?

Farmer Brad and Clare’s baby is expected to arrive in December 2023. Clare is currently in her second trimester, and revealed in an interview that her pregnancy has been “pretty healthy” overall, despite the common symptoms of morning sickness and occasional tiredness.

… Is It a Boy or Girl?

While fans of “Farmer Wants a Wife” eagerly await more details about the baby, including its gender, Brad and Clare have chosen to embrace the element of surprise, opting for a more traditional approach.

The couple have said that they’re doing things “the old-fashioned way,” adding an extra layer of excitement and anticipation to their journey towards becoming parents.

Another stressful (but exciting) part of having a baby is, of course, choosing a name!

The couple revealed that they have signed up for an app called ‘Kinder’. Clare described it as “like Tinder for names.” Explaining the process, Brad added, “You go on there and swipe the names you like. If it’s the same one that your partner has picked, it will say it’s a match.”

We can’t wait to find out more about Farmer Brad and Clare’s baby, and to see what name they land on. Congratulations to the happy couple!
