Meet Alex, the Competitive Father-of-Two Taking on “The Summit” 2023

Are you ready for an adventure? “The Summit” is just around the corner and we are counting down the days until this competition unfolds. Hosted by Aussie movie star Jai Courtney, this exciting new show follows 14 strangers from all walks of life. They will attempt to climb one of New Zealand’s highest peaks to win a share of one million dollars. Sounds easy, right?

Alex Takes on “The Summit” 2023

One contestant who is ready to take on this challenge is Alex. As a former football player for the Fremantle Dockers and Carlton Football Club, Alex knows what it takes to be competitive and push himself to succeed. Despite not seeing himself as a natural footballer, he worked hard to reach the levels he played at. And he’s ready to apply that same work ethic to “The Summit”.

Alex is a father of two girls, and his family is his biggest motivator to take on this adventure. He wants to set an example for his kids and show them that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. And as someone used to playing in a team, he knows that sometimes letting people go is necessary for the greater good.

“The Summit” premieres on Sunday, May 14th, at 7.00pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
