Sharpen Your Knives! The Grand Finale For MasterChef Australia: Fans and Favourites Is Here

Next week is Finals Week on MasterChef Australia Fans & Favourites, and we can hardly wait. This year, for the first time ever, former contestants (and winners!) returned to the kitchen to compete alongside a host of new cooks.

And what a season it has been! We’ve seen Julie Goodwin and Billie McKay cook up a storm while discovering some phenomenal new talent, such as Daniel Lamble — the only fan remaining.

This year, the final few are making their way to Tasmania to enjoy the pristine air and fresh produce. There are only six people left in the competition, and each and every one of them is hungry for the title of MasterChef Australia.

Although, two of the six contestants have already had their names engraved on the coveted trophy, so, the question is: Will they make history by being the first person to win the competition twice?

We’re going to have to wait to find out, but thankfully, we won’t be waiting too long. After this week, four people will make their way into the semi-final, where they’ll battle it out for a spot in the grand finale.

It’s almost impossible to predict who will be the last person standing, with each of them being such strong cooks, but we do know that it will be a well-deserved win, no matter who it is. 

So where can you catch all the action?

The finale for MasterChef Australia: Fans & Favourites will air on Tuesday, July 12 at 7.30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.

It’s set to be a challenging episode, as historically, the finale has always left viewers, contestants, and sometimes even the judges wiping the sweat off their foreheads. 

So clear your calendar and get ready, because, for the next week, MasterChef Australia is bringing the heat!
